The Education Committee is proud to present and support the Minnesota RIMS Mentoring Program. This program is designed to provide newer or transitioning members of RIMS with opportunities to benefit from the insights and lessons learned of more experienced risk mangers. It is also a chance for RIMS members of all experience levels to give back to our industry and RIMS in meaningful way.

The RIMS mentoring program is designed to be a mutually beneficial, interactive relationship between two people in which one person provides perspective, coaching and support relative to the personal and professional development of the other. This program is open to all members of RIMS who want to improve their network, gain/share industry knowledge and develop new skills. This program is not to be used for job search, but is designed to improve your skills, for both personal and career growth.

Below you will find a link to the Mentor Program application. Applications will always be accepted. Both mentors and mentees are requested to fill out an application form. The more information you provide, the better the education committee can match mentees with a mentor.
